Job Overview

Penspen is currently seeking a highly experienced Electrical Specialist for a major Offshore PMC (Project Management Consultancy) project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will bring extensive technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in electrical engineering within the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the electrical technical lead on offshore engineering and design for PMC projects.

• Provide expert guidance on electrical systems and ensure compliance with client and project standards.

• Coordinate and review FEED/EPC documentation and design deliverables.

• Support project teams in technical decision-making and issue resolution.

• Interface with client representatives, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong focus on offshore projects.

• Proven track record in FEED and EPC phases of large-scale oil & gas projects.

• Previous experience on ADNOC offshore projects is a strong advantage.

• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
