The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Specialist – Development & Corporate Agility to support its ongoing mission of operational excellence and organizational transformation. This full-time, on-site role involves implementing procedures in development, agility, change management, and operations to ensure alignment with RTA’s strategic direction and continuous improvement roadmap.
Job Responsibilities:

Participate in the preparation and execution of the corporate agility and development roadmap, including tracking progress and preparing progress reports.

Collect and document data from organizational units relevant to development needs, adhering to approved procedures.

Measure, analyze, and report on strategic and operational performance indicators.

Coordinate with departments and sectors to organize corporate agility meetings and support related events and capacity-building activities.
-
Analyze departmental data to identify key areas for development, define priorities, and determine root causes; track implementation of improvement initiatives.

Monitor and close corrective actions related to internal audits and the department’s quality management system.

Contribute to change management initiatives, evaluating alignment with RTA strategy and global best practices.

Develop business models to enhance agility in response to rapid changes and operational challenges.

Design and conduct awareness programs and workshops on development, agility, and change management at the organizational level.

Prepare and oversee training and awareness plans related to agility, continuous development, and change management.

Develop communication strategies to disseminate key messages about agility and change across multiple platforms.

Support updates to official documents related to corporate agility and development.

Draft official communications for internal and external stakeholders.
-
Follow up on administrative tasks and the execution of work plans within the business unit.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
