As a Specialist in Commercial Banking at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), you will support the Area Manager & Relationship Managers in managing and growing a portfolio of liability customers in a defined geographical market. This role is focused on customer service excellence, process improvements, and handling customer communication effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end processes for customer communication.

Ensure effective complaint management and timely resolution.

Support KYC initiatives and monitor NPS scores for the unit.

Handle customer inquiries related to AML alerts, loan settlements, and charge reversals.

Coordinate with branches for special requests (e.g., high-value cash withdrawals, foreign currency demand drafts).

Analyze and improve existing business processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Ensure adherence to agreed service-level agreements (SLA) and timelines for customer onboarding and issue resolution.
Qualifications & Experience:

At least 3 years of relevant local market knowledge in retail banking products and services.

Strong compliance, operations, product, or sales governance background.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to propose process improvements and integrate customer insights into actionable plans.

Customer-focused with a pragmatic approach to change and process excellence.
