GEMS Education is seeking a Specialist Coach – Gymnastics to join its forward-thinking team at the GEMS School of Research and Innovation in Dubai by August 2025. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a certified gymnastics coach passionate about youth development, high-performance training, and holistic student growth. Working alongside the Director of Performance, the Specialist Coach will deliver structured training programs, support extracurricular athletic activities, and play an active role in the school’s cutting-edge sporting ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver gymnastics training programs before and after school, focusing on personal development and competitive performance

• Support inter-school competitions and extracurricular sports activities

• Integrate modern training techniques and sports science tools

• Collaborate with the Director of Performance, Ambassadors, and Patrons of Sport

• Contribute to the broader school community through extra-curricular involvement and events

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Level 2 certified coaching qualification in Gymnastics (additional disciplines a plus)

• Proven coaching experience in clubs, academies, or schools

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for youth development and ethical coaching

• Reflective, growth-oriented mindset
