Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Spare Parts Sales Executive to drive sales and build customer relationships in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive or industrial spare parts sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

Present quotations, proposals, and sales contracts to clients.

Follow up on inquiries and ensure prompt responses.
Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with workshops, garages, fleet operators, and industrial clients.

Understand customer requirements and offer tailored spare parts solutions.

Provide technical support and excellent customer service.

Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Market Research & Analysis:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Conduct research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.

Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.
Technical & Product Knowledge:

Maintain a strong technical understanding of spare parts and their applications.

Offer expert advice on spare parts selection, installation, and maintenance.

Keep up-to-date with the latest industry developments and product innovations.
Order Management & Logistics:

Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate with logistics teams for timely spare parts delivery.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in spare parts sales (automotive or industrial sector) in the GCC region.

Strong knowledge of spare parts, their applications, and market demand.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
-
Valid driver’s license with a willingness to travel across the GCC.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software is a plus.
