Role Overview

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Spa Therapist to deliver world-class wellness experiences. You’ll be the heartbeat of our spa, turning moments into memories through soothing massages, aromatherapy treatments, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional spa treatments including massages, aromatherapy, body wraps, and more.

• Maintain an inviting, clean, and serene spa environment that reflects Mama’s high standards.

• Customize treatments based on individual client needs and preferences.

• Offer thoughtful product and treatment recommendations to clients.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards at all times.

• Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth, fun, and welcoming environment.

• Assist with spa inventory and report any stock requirements.

• Provide exceptional service that makes each guest feel truly special.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar wellness role.

• Valid certification in massage therapy or spa treatments.

• Familiarity with a wide range of spa and wellness techniques.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A genuine passion for customer care and wellness.

• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
