Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a professional and personable Spa Concierge / Receptionist to join its renowned Spa & Wellness team. This full-time, on-site position is perfect for candidates with prior hospitality experience who are passionate about luxury service and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist spa guests with a warm and professional attitude.

Book spa appointments, explain services, and handle guest inquiries.

Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.

Perform Point of Sales activities including retail transactions.

Ensure spa reception, retail, tea lounges, and consultation areas are clean and organized.

Maintain accurate records, manage schedules, and respond to guest feedback.

Uphold Mandarin Oriental’s corporate policies and service standards.

Support events and contribute to meeting sales targets.
Requirements:
-
Senior school qualification; hotel school graduates preferred.
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in a service environment.

Experience in 5-star hotels or Middle East hospitality is a plus.

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Proficiency with computer systems and spa booking software.

Outgoing, mature personality with strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
