About the Client:
Join a renowned premium bakery brand in Dubai, celebrated for its artisanal pastries, breads, and innovative desserts. The brand is known for blending contemporary techniques with classic flavors, creating an exceptional culinary experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of gourmet sandwiches, wraps, and savory baked goods that align with the brand’s premium standards.

  • Work alongside the Head Chef to create and innovate new sandwich recipes and seasonal menu offerings.

  • Maintain the highest quality in food preparation, portioning, and garnishing, ensuring consistency and excellence.

  • Oversee inventory management, reduce waste, and ensure timely ordering of fresh ingredients.

  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations, including HACCP standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a sandwich or cold kitchen section.

  • Strong knowledge of international sandwich preparation techniques, knife skills, plating, and ingredient knowledge.

  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and HACCP standards.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Must be residing in the United Arab Emirates.
