Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sourcing Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement and supplier coordination for mobile accessories, with a strong focus on the Chinese market. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, excellent factory connections, and the ability to manage product quality, cost efficiency, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Negotiation & Management:

• Identify and assess reputable mobile accessory factories, especially in China.

• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and quality benchmarks to secure optimal contracts.

• Build and maintain long-term, productive relationships with suppliers and factories.

Quality Assurance:

• Collaborate with QC teams to set and enforce product quality standards.

• Oversee factory audits and ensure compliance with international standards.

• Guarantee product compliance with technical and safety requirements.

Market & Product Research:

• Monitor trends in the mobile accessories market to inform sourcing decisions.

• Identify new product opportunities and innovation areas based on data-driven insights.

• Stay updated with evolving technical specifications and consumer preferences.

Cost & Profitability Management:

• Develop strategies to control costs without compromising on product quality.

• Adjust procurement tactics based on market price fluctuations and forecasts.

Logistics & Inventory Coordination:

• Coordinate with logistics providers for smooth and timely shipments.

• Align inventory levels with market demand and sales projections.

Cross-Functional Communication:

• Collaborate with design, production, and sales departments to ensure product and sourcing alignment.

• Translate product requirements and technical details clearly across teams.

Skills Required:

• Strong network and communication with mobile accessory manufacturers, especially in China.

• In-depth knowledge of the global and regional mobile accessories market.

• Solid understanding of technical specifications for a wide range of accessories.

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and coordination skills.
