Job Title : Sommelier – Italian Concept
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Wine Curation: Develop and maintain a diverse, high-quality wine list that complements Italian cuisine and enhances the dining experience.
✅ Wine Service & Presentation: Properly present, serve, and decant wines, educating guests on wine characteristics, origins, and pairings.
✅ Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage wine orders, and maintain optimal storage conditions to ensure wine quality.
✅ Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to understand their wine preferences, provide personalized recommendations, and conduct wine tastings.
✅ Staff Training: Educate restaurant staff on wine selection, service techniques, and Italian wine pairings to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
🔹 Age: 38 years or below
🔹 Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Sommelier in a fine-dining Italian restaurant.
🔹 Wine Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Italian wines, regions, and food pairings.
🔹 Presentation & Service Skills: Strong ability to engage guests and elevate their dining experience with expert recommendations.
