Role Summary
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Solutions & Estimation Manager owns the full bid lifecycle—solution design, cost modelling, and technical/commercial proposal creation. You will collaborate with operations, procurement, finance, and executive stakeholders to deliver competitive, profitable bids that exceed client expectations and align with the company’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Solution Development | Analyse RFPs/RFQs, design bespoke FM solutions across hard (MEP, HVAC, BMS) and soft (cleaning, security, landscaping) services; ensure operational feasibility and innovation. |
Estimations & Costing | Build detailed cost models, value‑engineer service delivery, and verify supplier quotes to guarantee margin integrity and market competitiveness. |
Proposal Management | Draft and edit technical & commercial submissions, schedules, and executive summaries; ensure compliance with bid requirements and brand standards. |
Project Handover | Lead kick‑off workshops with delivery teams, transferring scope, budgets, and KPIs for seamless mobilisation. |
Market Intelligence | Monitor FM trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activity; recommend strategic bid/no‑bid decisions and pricing strategies. |
Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, or related field.

5–8 years in FM estimation, solution design, or BD within hard/soft services.

Deep knowledge of MEP systems, integrated FM, and service‑level agreements.

Advanced MS Excel skills plus exposure to estimation or FM costing software.

Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic a plus.
