RELYzIT is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect with deep expertise in payments, card systems, and financial technology to join its Dubai-based team. This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in designing robust, scalable, and secure solutions that power mission-critical financial systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of digital banking and ensure seamless integration across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end solutions for payments and card systems with a focus on scalability and performance
• Align technical solutions with enterprise architecture and business strategy
• Present architectural options to senior stakeholders and guide decision-making
• Oversee application, data, and technology components from an enterprise perspective
• Ensure up-to-date documentation of system architecture and interactions
• Govern technology portfolio and define the enterprise technology roadmap
• Facilitate integration of new systems and ensure disaster recovery readiness
• Deliver solutions in Agile and DevOps environments

Technical Skills:

• Deep understanding of card issuing/acquiring, payment flows, and ISO8583, MT, MX messages
• Experience integrating in-house systems with third-party fintech platforms
• Familiarity with gateways, ATMs, switches, and transaction processing
• Proficiency in defining RESTful APIs and interface governance
• Experience with cloud deployments and modern tech stacks (Java, Spring, Angular, React, TIBCO, WebSphere)
• Knowledge of security standards, PII handling, and compliance best practices
• Experience evaluating technology partners and managing solution lifecycles

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in cards and payment systems (issuing, acquiring, ATMs, SWIFT, PACS, UAE-specific payments)
• AWS or Azure Professional certification
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and cloud-native architectures
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
