Job Summary
We are hiring a Solutions and Estimation Manager for a well-established multinational company in the Facilities Management sector in Dubai. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by crafting tailored FM solutions and accurate cost estimations that are both operationally viable and commercially competitive.
Key Responsibilities

Develop technical and commercial proposals for integrated facilities management contracts.

Conduct comprehensive cost estimations covering hard and soft services, MEP, cleaning, landscaping, and security.

Collaborate with BD, operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure feasible and profitable solutions.

Support bid lifecycle from initial solution design to proposal submission and project handover.

Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive intelligence.

Lead preparation of client presentations, financial models, and compliance documentation.

Provide post-award support to operations teams to ensure smooth mobilization and transition.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

5–8 years of relevant experience in estimation, solution development, or FM business development.

Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM services, including MEP, security, and housekeeping.

Proficient in MS Office, costing tools, and financial modeling software.

Exceptional communication, analytical, and commercial acumen.

Previous experience working with multinational FM organizations is a plus.
