Cisco is hiring a Solution Engineer to support one of its most strategic public sector accounts in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will act as a trusted technology advisor, collaborating with Cisco account teams and key client stakeholders to develop secure, innovative, and scalable technology solutions. The role requires a deep understanding of Cisco’s product portfolio and a strong passion for digital transformation in public sector environments.

This full-time position is based in Abu Dhabi, and applicants must be currently residing in the UAE or willing to relocate.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead technical advisor and build strong relationships with IT and business leaders.

• Translate business needs into end-to-end architectural solutions using Cisco’s product suite.

• Deliver technical proposals, architecture blueprints, and demonstrations.

• Design and implement solutions in networking, data center, cloud, cybersecurity, and AI.

• Partner with internal product/engineering teams to align offerings with client goals.

• Manage solution validation, POCs, and pilots to facilitate adoption.

• Lead workshops and briefings tailored to public sector transformation objectives.

🎓 Requirements & Skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years’ experience in enterprise or public sector solution engineering.

• Strong hands-on experience across networking, cloud, data center, and security.

• In-depth understanding of Cisco architectures and technology.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

• Prior experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or consultative roles.

• Must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluency in Arabic is a major plus.

• Previous experience working with UAE or Middle East government/public sector clients.

• Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE) or equivalent industry credentials.

• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Passionate about innovation and national-scale digital advancement.
