This hands-on role is vital to maintaining energy efficiency through regular and safe cleaning of solar panels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean solar panels using safe, non-abrasive tools and cleaning agents to ensure optimal energy output.

• Follow all safety protocols while working at heights or on rooftops, including proper use of ladders, harnesses, and personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Report any visible damage or unusual conditions in solar panels or their mounting systems.

• Support the maintenance team with basic site assistance as needed.

• Work in outdoor conditions including heat, dust, and variable weather environments.

Skills & Qualifications:

• No formal education required, but basic literacy is preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in cleaning or general maintenance is advantageous.

• Must be comfortable working at heights and in demanding environmental conditions.

• Knowledge of safety practices and use of PPE is essential.

• Physically fit with strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
