Soltech Renewables is hiring a Solar Installer to join its team in Dubai. This is a full-time on-site role offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the renewable energy sector by installing and maintaining solar power systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and assemble solar panels for residential and commercial projects.

• Ensure accurate placement and system efficiency during installations.

• Connect solar systems to the power grid in compliance with safety standards.

• Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations.

• Perform troubleshooting and repair of solar systems as required.

• Follow strict safety protocols during all installation and maintenance activities.

• Travel to different sites and work in varying weather conditions when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with solar power systems.

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.

• Strong understanding of the solar industry and installation practices.

• Attention to detail and ability to adhere to safety standards.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Certification in Solar Technology or related field is a plus).

• Previous work experience in solar installation or a related field preferred.
