Job Overview:
AX Advisory Group is hiring a Software Tester to play a critical role in the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment. The Software Tester will design and conduct manual test cases, identify bugs, and ensure that software meets both technical and business requirements before deployment. This role requires close collaboration with developers, system users, and project teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with system users to understand project scope and requirements.

• Collaborate with developers, project support, and business stakeholders.

• Conduct stress, performance, functional, and scalability testing.

• Write and execute manual test scripts; document results and defects.

• Monitor applications and software systems during development and deployment.

• Produce bug reports and recommend solutions.

• Provide objective feedback to project teams and ensure quality assurance.

• Troubleshoot issues and design tests to mitigate risks.

• Review technical documentation and analyze business needs.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Liaise with international project teams for alignment and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Software Tester or QA role.

• Strong technical background and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Attention to detail with strong defect documentation skills.

• Collaborative and adaptable team player with global communication exposure.
