Job Title: Software Sales Executive 

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive to join our team at Comnex Solutions. This role involves promoting and selling our suite of software products and services to new and existing clients, while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in technology, a persuasive communication style, and a target-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Comnex software products and services to prospective and current clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively acquiring new clients.

  • Conduct needs assessments and propose tailored software solutions based on client requirements.

  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.

  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales reports and present performance updates to management.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.

  • Manage after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Represent Comnex at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Native-level proficiency in English (mandatory).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in software or technology).

  • Passion for innovation, tech trends, and continuous learning.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Goal-oriented and highly self-motivated with a persuasive and customer-focused approach.

  • Comfortable working on a salary + commission structure.

  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as needed.

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.

  • Strong ability to work under pressure and within a team environment.
