Key Responsibilities:

• Provide non-therapeutic support to students and families facing various challenges.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to address student needs.

• Conduct assessments and case management to understand and support student welfare.

• Offer emotional and behavioral guidance to enhance student success and resilience.

• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and external organizations for referrals and interventions.

• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports as required.

• Deliver training and awareness programs for students and staff.

• Participate in professional development, supervision, and team meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

• Must hold a valid Social Care Professional License.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in youth-related social work.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

• High emotional intelligence, empathy, and the ability to handle complex issues.
