DCD is looking for a Social Strategy Expert to support the development of a comprehensive corporate strategy. The role focuses on analyzing the social landscape, creating a strategic plan, and guiding internal stakeholders. This is a 5-month contract with hybrid flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze the current social landscape, benchmark against industry peers, and consider government policies.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the strategic direction.

Create a comprehensive corporate strategy incorporating social sector agendas, KPIs, and a roadmap.

Develop specific KPIs and measurable outcomes to track the success of social initiatives.

Conduct risk assessments for social strategies and ensure compliance with legal standards in CSR and sustainability.
Job Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of experience, with at least 5 years focused on strategy development in the UAE’s social sector, especially with Abu Dhabi government agencies.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, strategy, sustainability, or a related field. Relevant strategy-related certifications (e.g., Balanced Scorecards, KPIs benchmarking) are a plus.

Bilingual (Arabic/English) is a must.

Strong background in designing large-scale strategic initiatives in the social sector.

In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi government policies and priorities.

Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and senior leadership.

Familiarity with industry benchmarking and best practices in the social sector.
