Job Summary:
Sundus is seeking an experienced Social Responsibility Manager to join a high-impact government project in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role with a one-year renewable contract under the Emiratisation program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing social responsibility frameworks, promoting corporate contributions, and ensuring the implementation of impactful community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and develop corporate social responsibility (CSR) frameworks aligned with organizational initiatives and social development goals.

Promote CSR concepts and awareness across stakeholders and contribute to designing effective community outreach strategies.

Prepare and market social service packages to companies and institutions interested in contributing through CSR.

Evaluate and catalogue ongoing social initiatives; develop engagement plans to secure financial and non-financial support.

Review project feasibility studies and present suitable initiatives for funding from strategic partners.

Monitor and analyze the social impact of programs against set goals; identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.

Manage the drafting and execution of memoranda of understanding with CSR partners; ensure proper fund allocation and monitoring.

Support the development and operation of an electronic platform to track community contributions and donations.

Build and sustain relationships with external stakeholders and private entities for potential CSR collaborations and sponsorships.

Engage with schools, universities, health centers, and other entities to initiate joint community development programs.

Offer guidance to internal departments on designing and implementing CSR projects; work toward obtaining relevant certifications and ensuring quality compliance.

Participate in events and outreach activities to promote the culture of social contributions in Dubai.

Collaborate with local charities and religious organizations to channel Zakat and donations toward meaningful causes.

Prepare periodic progress and impact reports for stakeholders, including success metrics and strategic recommendations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably in social responsibility, CSR, or community development.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Social Sciences, Public Administration, or similar).

Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of social development programs, public-private partnerships, and UAE labor and CSR regulations.

Excellent stakeholder engagement, report writing, and program evaluation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and digital platforms related to CSR project tracking.

UAE Nationals preferred under the Emiratisation Program.
