RTC1 Recruitment Services is hiring for two full-time Social Media Specialist & Content Creator positions to work with a leading UAE automotive distributor in Dubai. The role focuses on creating high-quality digital content, managing social media engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns for premium automotive brands.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute content calendars with an emphasis on video content (80%) and static content (20%) across social platforms.

Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality photo and video content for campaigns, events, and showroom activations.

Manage daily community engagement, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights to drive growth.

Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on strategy, ensure brand compliance, and monitor competitors for benchmarking.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience in social media content creation in the UAE.

Degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.

Proficient in photography, videography, and editing software (Premiere Pro, Lightroom).

Hands-on experience managing content calendars for META, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Skilled with DSLR cameras, social media scheduling/reporting tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Emplifi), and audience engagement strategies.

Strong video-first content portfolio demonstrating creativity and quality.
