RTC1 Recruitment Services is hiring for two full-time Social Media Specialist & Content Creator positions to work with a leading UAE automotive distributor in Dubai. The role focuses on creating high-quality digital content, managing social media engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns for premium automotive brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute content calendars with an emphasis on video content (80%) and static content (20%) across social platforms.

• Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality photo and video content for campaigns, events, and showroom activations.

• Manage daily community engagement, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights to drive growth.

• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on strategy, ensure brand compliance, and monitor competitors for benchmarking.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media content creation in the UAE.

• Degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.

• Proficient in photography, videography, and editing software (Premiere Pro, Lightroom).

• Hands-on experience managing content calendars for META, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Skilled with DSLR cameras, social media scheduling/reporting tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Emplifi), and audience engagement strategies.

• Strong video-first content portfolio demonstrating creativity and quality.
