Join a dynamic team as a Social Media & Digital Engagement Specialist in Dubai. We’re looking for a creative and data-driven professional who can elevate our online presence, build community engagement, and deliver impactful digital campaigns. If you’re passionate about digital trends, content creation, and social storytelling—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative, platform-specific social media strategies that drive brand growth and engagement.

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure campaign success and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.

  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to maintain a leading edge in social engagement.

  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, cultivating a vibrant online community.

  • Run paid social ad campaigns and optimize for maximum reach, conversion, and ROI.

  • Prepare monthly performance reports and present actionable insights to senior management.

  • Conduct periodic audits to enhance strategy, brand visibility, and follower growth.

  • Stay current with emerging tools, platforms, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

  • 2–4 years of professional experience managing social media accounts for brands.

  • Demonstrated success in running high-engagement campaigns and using social media analytics.

  • Proficiency with tools like Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar.

  • Creative flair with a solid understanding of storytelling, design aesthetics, and digital content formats.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
