Persian Horizon Tourism is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Strategy Development – Plan and implement effective social media strategies.

📌 Content Creation & Management – Create, curate, and publish engaging content across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

📌 Community Engagement – Monitor and respond to comments/messages, fostering relationships with followers.

📌 Social Media Monitoring – Track trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

📌 Analytics & Reporting – Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite.

📌 Advertising & Campaigns – Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive business goals.

📌 Collaboration – Work with marketing, design, and content teams to maintain brand consistency.

📌 Project Management – Utilize Trello for content scheduling and strategy execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Experience – Minimum 2 years of social media management experience in the UAE.

✅ Language Proficiency – Fluent in Persian, proficient in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).

✅ Social Media Expertise – Strong knowledge of platforms, trends, and best practices.

✅ Analytics & Reporting – Experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.

✅ Graphic Design Skills – Familiarity with tools like Canva and Photoshop is an advantage.

✅ Leadership & Decision-Making – Ability to make strategic decisions and drive results.

✅ Residency Requirement – A valid UAE residence visa is mandatory for Iranian candidates.
