Mahad Information Technology is seeking two Social Media Specialists to join their dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The specialists will be responsible for managing social media accounts, enhancing the company’s digital presence, and overseeing clients’ social media strategies. Candidates will also update websites, create engaging content, and execute campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Build and expand Mahad IT’s presence on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Website and Job Portal Management: Update content, optimize user experience, and collaborate with the tech team.

• Content Creation: Write SEO-optimized content for social media, blogs, and newsletters; create engaging posts and captions.

• Graphic Design and Artwork: Design visuals using Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator for social media and promotional materials.

• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance and provide monthly reports on growth and engagement.

• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns and leverage paid ads to target job seekers and employers in the UAE.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, preferably in recruitment or HR.

• Expertise in managing Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Strong writing skills for content creation with a focus on engagement and SEO.

• Experience in website management (WordPress) and job portal optimization.

• Analytical skills to track and interpret social media and website metrics.

• Must be based in the UAE.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with push notification tools (e.g., OneSignal, PushEngage).

• Knowledge of the MENA market and recruitment trends.

• Video editing skills (CapCut, DaVinci) for TikTok and Instagram Reels content.
