This full-time, on-site role in Dubai is ideal for creative professionals with a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for social media innovation. You’ll be the go-to contact for clients and internal teams, driving impactful campaigns and shaping digital narratives.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning

• Support the development of social strategies aligned with client goals
• Analyze research, competitive data, and platform trends to inform recommendations
• Stay updated on emerging platforms and industry changes
• Communicate social program ideas clearly to clients and internal teams

Execution & Community Management

• Build and manage always-on calendars and campaign launches
• Oversee and support community management processes
• Lead content calendar creation and optimization for assigned brands
• Collaborate with creative and external partners to ensure cohesive execution
• Guide influencer outreach programs and third-party partnerships

Measurement & Reporting

• Lead social media performance reporting and insights delivery
• Coordinate with performance and media teams for 360° campaign analysis
• Refine strategies based on data-driven insights

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media content planning
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Digitally savvy with a passion for innovation and storytelling
