ReelUpsid, a fast-growing social media agency based in Dubai, is looking for a Social Media Operations Manager to bring creativity, structure, and energy to their daily operations. The role bridges communication between clients, creative teams, and management — ensuring content is produced, approved, and delivered seamlessly across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage client shoots, from planning to on-site execution.

• Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content ideas tailored to each client.

• Prepare and manage monthly content calendars for client approval.

• Support and direct shoots to ensure the creative vision is achieved.

• Manage video production workflow, including assigning tasks to editors and tracking feedback.

• Handle client communications regarding feedback, updates, and content approvals.

• Oversee social media posting and reporting, ensuring timely and consistent delivery.

• Maintain smooth operational flow by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and team coordination.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, operations, or marketing.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail and knowledge of social media trends.

• Basic understanding of video production and editing processes.

• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously.
