Network Media is hiring a full-time Social Media Marketing Manager to lead social media strategies on-site in Dubai. The role involves managing accounts, creating engaging content, coordinating campaigns, tracking analytics, and leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT. Candidates with experience in fashion or luxury lifestyle brands are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand presence.

• Manage and optimize social media accounts across platforms.

• Create engaging content, including graphics, photos, videos, and stories.

• Collaborate with influencers and execute digital campaigns.

• Track analytics and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.

• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation.

• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign alignment.

• Stay updated on trends, especially in fashion and lifestyle sectors.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media accounts.

• Background in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing & Optimization (SMO).

• Experience in influencer marketing and digital campaigns.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Suite or similar).

• Basic photo and video editing skills.

• Familiarity with Meta & Google Ads is a plus.

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Energetic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
