The role involves content creation, campaign optimization, and collaboration across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest to convert audiences into VIP pre-orders and expand brand presence globally.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage social media strategy to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.

• Create and schedule high-performing content tailored to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest audiences.

• Utilize Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other tools to develop visually compelling and brand-consistent content.

• Execute paid and organic campaigns to build anticipation ahead of product launch.

• Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve performance and conversion rates.

• Track KPIs and provide reports on growth, engagement, and lead generation.

• Collaborate with the broader team to align social campaigns with brand and sales objectives.

• Contribute creative ideas to maintain brand momentum post-launch and support expansion into global B2C and European B2B markets.

Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience managing social media for consumer brands, preferably in lifestyle, food & beverage, or e-commerce.

• Strong knowledge of social media growth strategies and direct-response marketing techniques.

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media analytics/scheduling tools.

• Ability to create platform-optimized content with strong visual storytelling skills.

• Knowledge of paid social advertising and audience targeting for lead generation.

• Strong copywriting skills for engaging and conversion-focused messaging.

• Data-driven, analytical, and able to adapt strategies quickly.

• Organized, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
