MINIMALIST, a Dubai-based brand specializing in elegant watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes, and leather goods, is seeking a Social Media Manager to oversee and elevate its social media presence. The role involves strategic planning, content creation, campaign management, and performance optimization across multiple channels to drive engagement, retention, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop quarterly, bi-annual, and annual multi-channel social media strategies and content calendars.

• Implement, measure, and optimize social media campaigns for user acquisition and engagement.

• Independently translate design concepts into creative digital content.

• Manage content libraries, hashtags, and identify relevant occasions for campaigns and sales.

• Copywrite social media posts and email marketing content.

• Plan, send, measure, and optimize email campaigns.

• Conduct competitor, market, and industry research to identify trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of experience in managerial Digital Marketing roles, preferably in UAE-based eCommerce or luxury/fashion brands.

• Strong understanding of Emirati culture and audience preferences.

• Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and other social media platforms.

• Familiarity with Klaviyo, G-Suite, Hootsuite, or similar social media software.

• Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Suite) is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
