Squarezone, a fast-growing consulting agency based in Dubai, is seeking a bilingual Social Media Manager (French/English) for a remote part-time position. Squarezone specializes in helping entrepreneurs from around the world establish and manage their companies in the UAE, offering support in company formation, visas, accounting, and more. Our audience primarily consists of French-speaking and international entrepreneurs focused on growth, freedom, and tax optimization.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scaling our presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The ideal candidate is both creative and structured, with a strong grasp of content strategy, visual design, and brand storytelling in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with brand goals.

• Design visually compelling posts (carousels, stories, reels covers, quotes, etc.) using Canva or Figma.

• Write engaging and brand-aligned captions in both French and English.

• Plan, schedule, and publish content using a content calendar.

• Manage platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Monitor social performance (reach, engagement, growth) and report actionable insights.

• Respond to comments and DMs to engage and grow our online community.

• Stay current with trends in the expat/business niche in Dubai.

• (Optional) Assist with paid social campaigns on Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads.

Skills Required:

• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).

• Proficiency with Canva (Figma is a plus).

• Previous experience managing social media accounts for service-based businesses or agencies.

• Strong creative thinking with the ability to ideate, plan, and deliver content independently.

• A good understanding of branding, tone of voice, and performance-driven content.

• Bonus: Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar) for reels and short-form content.
