We are looking for a Social Media Manager to take ownership of our organic content strategy, driving brand engagement, follower growth, user-generated content (UGC), and revenue. Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management

✅ Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
✅ Craft and manage monthly content calendars that drive engagement.
✅ Create engaging, native content tailored for each social platform.
✅ Deliver WOW moments through creative social activations.
✅ Set and track KPIs for engagement, growth, and performance.
✅ Monitor social interactions, analyze trends, and develop digital campaigns to strengthen our community.
✅ Align with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and campaign synergy.
✅ Post content and actively engage with users across all social media channels.
✅ Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, design tools, and platform updates.
✅ Build and maintain relationships with social media partners (Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.).

Social Media Execution

🎯 Develop and manage the yearly social media calendar and content strategy.
🎯 Create, edit, publish, and share high-quality, engaging content.
🎯 Oversee and optimize budget allocation for digital media campaigns.

Social Media Reporting & Analytics

📊 Establish a reporting cadence for all social activities.
📊 Utilize industry tools for benchmarking, tracking, and measuring social performance.
📊 Analyze competitor activity and propose improvements to elevate brand presence.
📊 Suggest and implement new features, formats, and engagement strategies.
📊 Evaluate and integrate new social media techniques to optimize performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

2+ years of experience in social media management (preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries).
✔ Proven success in growing social media channels and driving audience engagement.
✔ Strong experience in content creation, copywriting, and storytelling.
✔ Hands-on expertise in social media strategy development across multiple platforms.
✔ Previous team management experience is a plus.
✔ Ability to collaborate with agencies to develop creative assets.
✔ Keen understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and viral content.
✔ Excellent communication skills (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
✔ A creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
