Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Manager with a strong background in gaming and esports. The ideal candidate will take ownership of our brand’s digital presence across all major platforms, driving engagement and community growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and user engagement.

Manage and curate content across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Create, schedule, and publish posts, stories, videos, and graphics with consistent brand messaging.

Stay on top of trends and real-time conversations relevant to the gaming/esports community.

Engage actively with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and fostering community dialogue.

Work with internal teams to develop campaigns, promotions, and collaborations.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize content based on analytical insights.

Continuously explore platform innovations and industry shifts to keep strategies fresh and effective.
Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in gaming or esports.

Skilled in content creation, graphic design, and basic video editing is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience behavior, and tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

Creative mindset with a proactive and adaptable work style.
