Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy

Develop and implement creative content strategies for both the salon and restaurant brands.

Create engaging photo, video, and story content tailored for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.

Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools to maintain consistency.

Branding & Engagement
-
Ensure a consistent tone, voice, and visual identity for both brands across all social media platforms.

Respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly, maintaining a brand-appropriate and engaging approach.

Monitor social media trends, memes, and platform updates to keep content fresh and timely.

Campaign Management
-
Launch and manage promotional campaigns, including seasonal menus, special offers, new services, influencer collaborations, and more.

Work closely with salon stylists and restaurant staff to capture behind-the-scenes moments and feature them in content.

Analytics & Reporting

Track key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions across platforms.

Provide monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations to enhance future social media strategies.

Influencer/Community Outreach

Identify and collaborate with local influencers, beauty enthusiasts, and foodies to promote the brands.

Engage with local communities to strengthen brand loyalty and visibility.

Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience in social media marketing, especially in the restaurant, beauty, or lifestyle industries.

Strong photography, videography, and editing skills, with experience creating content for Reels, Stories, TikToks, etc.
-
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).

Excellent communication, storytelling, and engagement skills.
-
Up-to-date knowledge of social trends, platform algorithms, and audience engagement tactics.

Ability to manage multiple brands and maintain distinct voices for each.

Fluent in both Arabic and English.
