LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is hiring a Social Media Executive (Arabic Speaker) to boost brand engagement and community growth across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai is ideal for a creative, bilingual professional passionate about beauty, digital trends, and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy:

Create bilingual (Arabic & English), on-brand content for social platforms.

Align with the digital marketing team to implement social media strategies.

Schedule and manage posts using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Suite, and YouTube Studio.

Lead growth of Instagram broadcast channels and build a vibrant online community.
Community Engagement:
-
Respond to followers daily to foster interaction and brand loyalty.

Manage comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
Campaigns & Collaborations:
-
Work with influencers and UGC creators to produce compelling content.

Coordinate giftings for campaigns, giveaways, and seasonal events.

Create original content using in-house resources.
Analytics & Reporting:
-
Track social media KPIs and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports.

Conduct competitor research and implement insights to refine strategies.
Customer & Admin Support:

Respond to customer care emails.
-
Localize content for online retailers and provide ad hoc translations.

Support supplier management, including POs and payment tracking.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2+ years of experience in social media management, ideally in the beauty or lifestyle sector.

Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Proficient with tools like HootSuite, Emplifi, and Meta Business Suite.

Strong understanding of trends on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Excellent writing skills with a focus on engaging, brand-aligned captions.

Highly organized, deadline-driven, and analytically minded.

Experience in customer service and community management is a plus.
