Danube Group is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to lead the digital storytelling and personal branding efforts for our Director, Milano Sahil Sajan. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai is ideal for a dynamic, creative, and highly organized individual who is passionate about content creation, personal branding, and social media strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for curating and growing the Director’s online presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and more — capturing key moments, developing thought-leadership content, and crafting a consistent digital voice that reflects the Director’s values, personality, and achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with the Director’s professional goals and activities

• Conduct industry research and identify trending content ideas to boost engagement and visibility

• Shoot and edit high-quality short-form content (videos, reels, stories) tailored for each platform

• Create compelling written and visual content for posts, articles, reels, stories, and events coverage

• Collaborate closely with the Director to capture behind-the-scenes moments, meetings, and speaking engagements

• Maintain and update personal social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) regularly

• Monitor analytics to track content performance and adjust strategy based on data insights

• Engage with followers, influencers, and peers to enhance digital reputation and network

• Ensure consistency in tone, aesthetic, and messaging across all platforms

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in content creation, social media management, or personal brand management (UAE experience is a plus)

• Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills

• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools

• Ability to shoot and edit content for various formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, etc.)

• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance optimization

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
