Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Strategy

Develop and implement innovative content strategies tailored to both the salon and restaurant brands.

Create high-quality photo, video, and short-form content (Reels, Stories, TikToks) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Manage post scheduling using social media management tools to ensure consistency and optimal engagement.
2. Brand Voice & Community Engagement

Maintain a cohesive and distinct tone, visual identity, and messaging for each brand.

Respond promptly and professionally to comments, DMs, and online reviews.

Stay up to date with platform trends, memes, and updates to ensure fresh, engaging content.
3. Campaign Development

Execute promotional campaigns for seasonal menus, service offers, product launches, and influencer collaborations.

Collaborate closely with salon stylists and restaurant staff to capture authentic, behind-the-scenes content and special moments.
4. Analytics & Insights

Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.

Provide monthly insights and strategic recommendations to improve social media performance.
5. Influencer & Community Collaboration

Identify and coordinate with local influencers, food bloggers, beauty content creators, and lifestyle figures.

Cultivate relationships with local communities to grow brand loyalty and awareness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the restaurant, beauty, or lifestyle sector.

Strong skills in content creation including photography, videography, and editing (especially for social-first formats).

Basic design capabilities using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.

Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

Deep knowledge of current social trends, algorithms, and growth tactics.

Ability to manage content for multiple brands while maintaining unique brand voices.
-
Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required.
