This is a key operational and leadership position within the in-house content team at Kleindienst Group. Acting as the right-hand to the Head of Social Media and Content, this role ensures efficient execution of all social media operations—from managing the publishing calendar to overseeing influencer collaborations and engaging with the community across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Social Media in daily operations and campaign execution.

• Oversee a Social Media Executive, ensuring timely posting and high-quality engagement.

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of content from videographers, writers, and creators.

• Lead community management across platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Prepare or contribute to detailed analytics reports with actionable insights.

• Own influencer collaborations and external agency partnerships, from outreach to execution.

• Enforce brand consistency across all digital assets and social outputs.

• Provide live event coverage and real-time audience engagement when required.

Ideal Candidate:

• 4+ years in social media, digital content, or community engagement roles.

• Proven ability to manage people and projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong experience with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later).

• Professional in handling influencer/agency relationships.

• Data-driven mindset with analytics and reporting experience.

• Proactive, organized, collaborative, and calm under pressure.

• Background in real estate, lifestyle, or luxury industries is a plus.
