Tajir Tech Hub, a blockchain-powered digital trading platform for global wholesale commerce, is looking for a dynamic Social Media and Marketing Specialist with a focus on Web3 to join our team. We are on a mission to reshape global trade by connecting manufacturers, suppliers, and entrepreneurs using AI and blockchain technology.

This role will involve leading our online strategy, growing our community across multiple digital platforms, and ensuring our brand’s voice is consistent and compelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Planning & Management: Plan and manage content calendars across multiple platforms including Telegram, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.

• Visual Content Creation: Design visually appealing and consistent post images using tools like Canva or Adobe for platforms like Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.

• Community Engagement: Oversee community engagement, particularly on Telegram, ensuring active interaction and a thriving community.

• Video Coordination: Collaborate with a video content creator to produce short-form content for Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.

• Content Writing: Write compelling captions, calls-to-action, and platform-specific messaging that resonate with the audience.

• Platform Management: Manage visibility on platforms like CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, and other DEX/CEX listing channels.

• Data-Driven Optimization: Track engagement and content performance, optimizing strategies based on analytics and trends.

• Campaign Support: Assist in running campaigns for product launches, exchange listings, and marketing events.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Web3 marketing and social media management.

• Content Management: Strong experience in managing content across multiple platforms, with particular focus on Telegram.

• Paid Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of paid marketing strategies, including ads and growth tactics.

• Web3 Knowledge: Familiarity with CoinMarketCap, DEX/CEX platforms, and crypto community culture.

• Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva or Adobe tools to create engaging visuals.

• Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus).
