Job Summary:
Alassaba Sports Services is seeking a Soccer Trials Coordinator for a full-time hybrid position. This role involves planning and executing soccer trial events, coordinating with coaches and teams, evaluating athletes, and ensuring the smooth operation and safety of the events. The ideal candidate is passionate about sports, detail-oriented, and experienced in sports event management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee soccer trials in coordination with coaches and team managers.

• Evaluate players’ performance during trials using defined metrics and professional criteria.

• Maintain accurate records of player assessments, trial outcomes, and attendance.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and operational guidelines at all times.

• Communicate effectively with participants, parents (if applicable), coaches, and partner organizations.

• Coordinate scheduling, venue arrangements, and necessary equipment.

• Support digital and administrative tasks as needed in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field.

• Proven experience in organizing and managing sports events, particularly soccer trials.

• In-depth knowledge of soccer rules, performance evaluation, and trial coordination.

• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

• Prior experience in the sports industry is a strong advantage.
