We are currently seeking a Snack Food Seasoning Development Technologist to join our Dubai team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a seasoned product development expert with a passion for flavor innovation and technical excellence in the snack food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage technical projects across creative, application, and portfolio requests
• Support local and category strategies to accelerate time-to-market
• Develop innovative seasonings, compounds, and RTE snack applications aligned with Symrise guidelines
• Optimize formulations and raw material usage; maintain BOMs and ingredient solutions
• Act as a technical liaison for strategic customers and Sales Account Managers
• Maintain and evolve the local flavor and raw material portfolio
• Conduct sensory evaluations and benchmark against market products
• Ensure compliance with legal standards, internal policies, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)

Qualifications:

• BSc in Chemistry, Food Science, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in snack food product & application development
• Expertise in seasoning development across various snack formats
• Strong command of English
• Familiarity with customer industrial processes and systems knowledge
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Commercial awareness and leadership capabilities
• Project management experience
• International assignment experience is a plus
