Job Title: SMS Marketing Specialist
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented SMS Marketing Specialist to lead the development, execution, and optimization of our SMS marketing initiatives. In this role, you will design effective messaging strategies, enhance user engagement, and drive conversions by leveraging user data and marketing insights.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in SMS platforms and campaign analytics, possess excellent communication and planning skills, and have a deep understanding of content compliance and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement SMS marketing strategies, including promotional campaigns, service alerts, event reminders, and user activations.

Plan, execute, and optimize SMS campaigns to maximize user engagement, retention, and conversion rates.

Leverage user profiling and behavior data to segment users and tailor personalized SMS strategies.

Write, audit, and schedule compliant, high-converting SMS content.

Monitor performance indicators such as delivery rate, open rate, and click-through rate, and prepare regular performance reports.

Collaborate with product, tech, and customer service teams to ensure stable and efficient message delivery.

Stay updated on industry laws and regulations to maintain full compliance with SMS guidelines and policies.

Explore new SMS marketing models by keeping a close eye on industry trends and successful case studies.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Advertising, Media, Computer Science, or related field.

1+ year of experience in SMS or user operations; experience in e-commerce, internet, finance, or education industries preferred.

Familiarity with SMS platforms, operator strategies, and delivery systems.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to adjust campaigns based on data insights.

Excellent communication, coordination, and project execution abilities.

Knowledge of SMS content compliance and risk management.

Proficient in Excel; experience with data tools like SQL or Looker Studio is a plus.
