TIMELESS, a luxury lounge-bar chain founded in 2018 by Oxford graduate Andrey Ryzhov, is expanding internationally with a grand opening set for summer 2025 in Dubai. With six elite venues already thriving in central Moscow, TIMELESS is seeking a creative and results-driven SMM Manager to lead the brand’s social media presence into the UAE market. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the work of the SMM team, manage content plans, and oversee media production.

Analyze and implement the latest trends across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.

Design and adapt effective promotion strategies tailored to each social platform.

Oversee all stages of content creation including photo/video shoots and collaboration with designers.

Work with influencers, celebrities, and KOLs independently or via agencies.

Manage Telegram channel promotions and ensure compelling content placement.

Propose creative ideas and concepts for viral, high-engagement content.

Who We Are Looking For:

Relevant SMM experience in Dubai targeting both Russian-speaking and international audiences.

Proven success with account growth, lead generation, and audience segmentation.

Experience with offline business promotion in the premium sector.
-
Skilled in video editing and visual design.
-
Strong creative flair and an eye for aesthetics.

Proficient in brief writing and effective team communication.

Comfortable with both creative and analytical tasks.

English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
