Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Customer Insights Lead to join our SMC team for the MENA region. This role leads research and analytics projects to deliver actionable, vertical-specific insights that enhance sales strategies and product recommendations across MENA and global markets.
Key Responsibilities

Develop vertical-specific insight narratives to support sales and business development teams.

Partner with business development to provide data-backed insights that enhance outreach effectiveness.

Translate advertiser objectives into tailored product feature recommendations.

Combine internal and external data sources into actionable insights.

Create scalable frameworks and tools for repeatable insight production.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and BD teams to understand and fulfill insight needs.

Support go-to-market materials with customized, insight-driven content.

Serve as a liaison between MENA and global teams to align strategies and share best practices.
Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of B2B research experience in the technology sector.

Proficiency in SQL and/or Python/R for data analysis and visualization.

Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods.

Familiarity with audience and industry insights platforms (e.g., GWI, Mintel).

Strong presentation skills to communicate complex insights to diverse audiences.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in relevant fields.

Experience designing metrics, surveys, and applying statistical concepts.

Experience managing external research vendors.

Demonstrated critical thinking and strategic mindset.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, data-driven, and collaborative environment.
Additional Information

Snap practices a “default together” policy, expecting team members to work in-office at least 4 days a week.

Relocation support is available for candidates willing to move to Dubai.
