Position Summary
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Luxury Skincare Specialist to join our YSL Beauty team in Dubai. You will act as a trusted skincare advisor, delivering personalized consultations and exceptional service to every client. Your goal is to elevate the customer experience while driving sales performance and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales & Brand Performance

Represent the YSL Beauty brand values through exceptional service and product expertise.

Achieve individual and store sales targets while promoting skincare ranges during launches and events.

Encourage new customer acquisition and retention through the MUSE Loyalty Program.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer preferences and purchasing patterns.

Stay informed on the latest skincare trends, competitor products, and industry innovations.
Customer Experience Excellence

Deliver expert skincare consultations and personalized recommendations based on skin type and needs.

Conduct professional facials and demonstrate product application techniques.

Provide detailed aftercare and follow-up with clients to enhance loyalty.

Ensure every interaction reflects YSL Beauty’s luxury standards and the Chalhoub customer experience vision.
Operational & Visual Standards

Ensure visual merchandising, stock levels, and product displays meet brand guidelines.

Track sales performance, monitor stock movements, and report shortages.

Utilize CRM tools and clienteling applications to enhance engagement and service delivery.

Support new product launches and contribute to store-level marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty or skincare industry, preferably with luxury brands.

Proven ability to perform skin assessments and recommend suitable skincare routines.

Fluency in Arabic or Russian is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of client engagement and luxury service standards.
