Job Title: Skilled Carpenter

Job Description:
We are seeking a Skilled Carpenter to join our construction team and contribute to the successful and timely completion of various building projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise cutting, shaping, and assembling of wood components using a wide range of hand and power tools. You’ll also be expected to organize tools, manage materials efficiently, and collaborate closely with architects and project managers to ensure all construction goals are met according to specifications.

Your craftsmanship, attention to detail, and ability to read blueprints and work collaboratively with the team will play a key role in delivering high-quality, durable structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and materials to support efficient project workflows

• Operate hand and power tools with accuracy to cut, shape, and assemble wood components

• Interpret and follow blueprints, sketches, and construction specifications

• Review and discuss project plans and any necessary modifications with architects and project managers

• Ensure all carpentry tasks are performed with a high standard of quality and safety

• Collaborate with team members and other trades to achieve project goals

• Maintain a clean and safe worksite throughout the project duration

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of hands-on carpentry experience in construction projects

• Proficient in framing, finishing, cabinetry, and general carpentry techniques

• Skilled in the safe and accurate use of a wide variety of hand and power tools

• Strong ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to changing project needs
