We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a background in fitout and interior projects to oversee and coordinate site execution in compliance with design standards, safety protocols, and project timelines. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of UAE experience, be proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to take full ownership of day-to-day site activities.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all site operations across interior fitout projects.

• Ensure strict adherence to quality, HSE, and project specifications.

• Coordinate and communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Monitor daily progress and submit accurate reports (daily/weekly).

• Manage the flow of materials on-site, ensuring efficient inventory control.

• Handle documentation such as Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) and Inspection Requests (IRs).

• Attend consultant inspections and ensure timely rectifications if required.

• Maintain effective and professional email communication with consultants, clients, and internal teams.

• Use Microsoft Excel for report generation and on-site data tracking.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on UAE experience in fitout site supervision.

• Strong understanding of construction drawings, interior detailing, and installation standards.

• Valid UAE driving license is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email communication.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
