Role Overview:
Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Site Manager for its eCommerce fulfillment center in Dubai. The Site Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, drive operational efficiency, manage teams, and ensure inventory accuracy while promoting continuous improvement and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all warehouse functions including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping for accurate order fulfillment.

• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff, manage schedules, and performance metrics.

• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and workflow.

• Monitor site performance and financial KPIs, driving cost-saving initiatives.

• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct audits, and manage stock levels.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Oversee WMS and automation tools to streamline operations.

• Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure high-quality order fulfillment and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in an eCommerce environment.

• Proven team leadership and operational KPI management experience.

• Strong knowledge of WMS, logistics automation, safety regulations, and compliance standards.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.

• Fluent in English.
