Xad Technologies is seeking a Site Engineer with hands-on experience in Etisalat telecom projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Nokia, Huawei, and Ericsson equipment and will be responsible for the deployment, integration, and commissioning of telecom sites. This role requires a strong technical background in 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks, along with troubleshooting and maintenance of RF and MW systems.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Telecom Deployment: Perform integration, commissioning, and testing of telecom sites for Etisalat, Nokia, Huawei, and Ericsson.
✔ Network Optimization: Conduct site surveys, installation, and quality assurance for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks.
✔ Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Handle fault rectification and ensure seamless network performance.
✔ Power & Battery Systems: Execute power installations to optimize site functionality.
✔ Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with Etisalat and other telecom stakeholders for site acceptance and handover.
✔ Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate reports and as-built documentation, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
✅ Experience: Hands-on expertise in Etisalat projects with strong knowledge of Nokia, Huawei, and Ericsson equipment.
✅ Technical Expertise: Proficiency in integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, RF, and MW systems.
✅ Problem-Solving: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
✅ Communication Skills: Strong team coordination and stakeholder engagement.
