Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer – Civil to manage and execute on-site construction activities, with a strong focus on aluminum cladding works. The role involves supervising daily site operations, ensuring quality standards, and supporting project delivery in line with approved specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Execution

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications

• Ensure proper site setup, including setting out, leveling, and preparation

Cladding Works Coordination

• Monitor and coordinate aluminum cladding installation

• Ensure compliance with design requirements and quality standards

Project Coordination

• Liaise with subcontractors, foremen, and suppliers to maintain workflow

• Support project teams in resolving technical and execution issues

Technical Review

• Review drawings, method statements, and material submittals

• Ensure all works align with project specifications and standards

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Track site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules

• Prepare daily site reports and maintain accurate documentation

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with QA/QC standards

• Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to maintain safety and regulatory compliance

Resource & Material Management

• Assist in material planning, logistics, and resource allocation

• Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment on-site

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects

• Proven experience in:

  • Building construction works

  • Aluminum cladding systems

• Strong understanding of construction drawings and site procedures

• Experience with contractors or subcontractors is preferred

• UAE project experience is an advantage

• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
